Jefferson Bar Association
The Jefferson Bar Association (“JBA”) assists and serves its members in the practice of law by promoting the administration of justice, upholding the honor of the Courts and the legal profession, promoting professional competency of attorneys through continuing legal education, increasing public understanding of and respect for the law, and encouraging collegiality among its members. To do so, the JBA sponsors continuing education (such as the annual CLE By the Sea Program), and hosts annual events such as the Installation Dinner and the Christmas Party. Our Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) organizes its own CLE programming and hosts socials such as Wine Down Wednesday and the Annual Crawfish Boil.

JBAA & JBA Fall Cocktail Party Recap
The energy was high and the glasses were clinking as more than 100 guests gathered at Dr. Bradley Bartholomew's home, 301 Northline, on November 14 for the JBAA & JBA Cocktail Party! The evening was the perfect blend of great company, delicious flavors, and plenty of laughter. The JBA outdid themselves by providing a wonderful bar stocked with crowd-pleasing cocktails and red and white wine. There was something for everyone to toast the night with as the new JBA 2026 officers were elected! Guests enjoyed an impressive spread of yummy food provided by JBAA, featuring a mix of savory snacks and sweet treats that kept everyone coming back for seconds. More than anything, the event was filled with warm conversations and the joy of reconnecting with familiar faces. The lively atmosphere carried through the evening as folks mingled, snacked and sipped. A huge thank-you to everyone who attended—and an extra special shoutout to the host, Bradley Bartholomew, for opening his home for this event!
