CLE BY THE SEA - CANCELLED. If you have already registered and paid for the CLE, the JBA will issue a refund to you or return your check if it has not yet been deposited. Please be patient, as it will take some time to process the refunds. Beau Rivage assures us that all hotel reservations will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. The cancellations will occur automatically, no one needs to contact the Hotel.
The program will offer up to 12.5 hours of CLE, including ethics and professionalism hours, on a variety of timely and relevant topics to help your practice. After classes conclude each day, we have a full schedule of social events, including a Welcome Reception, the President's Reception, the Young Lawyers' Reception, a Golf Tournament, a Crawfish Boil, and more! Only registered CLE attendees and their registered spouses/guests may attend the President's Reception.

- JBA Members: $400.00 for Early Bird, $450.00
- JBA Senior Members (age 65 or older): $250.00 for Early Bird, $300.00 (Senior Members must book directly through Sandra Plauce at 504-439-8424)
- JBA Law Clerks, Assist. District Attorneys, Public Defenders, Assist. Parish Attorneys, & Attorneys Practicing less than 5 Years: $250.00 for Early Bird, $300.00
- Non-JBA Members (includes Expired JBA Members): $550.00
- Spouses, Guests, and Law Students: $75.00
- Additional Tickets to President's Reception: $75.00
- Golf Tournament with CLE Registration: $150.00
- Golf Tournament Only: $200.00
For room reservations, book directly through Beau Rivage online HERE or by phone at (888) 567-6667. The JBA room rate this year is $145.00 a night, plus a $12.00 daily resort fee and 12% tax. Reservations must be made directly through the Beau Rivage. To receive the JBA room rate, you must identify your affiliation with the JBA when you make your reservation. The room block expires March 11, 2020.

The Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Fallen Oak Golf Club. The deadline to register is Friday, March 20, 2020. The field is limited to 24 players and entry is on a first come basis. No exceptions. The entry fee is $150.00 for CLE participants and $200.00 for JBA Members not registered for the CLE.
