The Room Block is OPEN HERE! To reserve a hotel room, you may book online at group.hilton.com/h9kabo or call 1-800-618-4350 and mention the Jefferson Bar Association for our room block rate. The room block rate starts at $240.00 per night plus a 16% room tax per night. (All tax rates are subject to change.) Self-parking is $12.00 per night or valet parking is $22.00 per night plus a 10% sales tax. The venue’s check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The room block is extended to February 24, 2026. Late check-out is not guaranteed. Check with the venue. Guests must cancel their rooms 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty. There is a strict early departure fee. To avoid an early check-out fee, advise the Hotel at or before check-in.

Jefferson Bar Association

The Jefferson Bar Association (“JBA”) assists and serves its members in the practice of law by promoting the administration of justice, upholding the honor of the Courts and the legal profession, promoting professional competency of attorneys through continuing legal education, increasing public understanding of and respect for the law, and encouraging collegiality among its members. To do so, the JBA sponsors continuing education (such as the annual CLE By the Sea Program), and hosts annual events such as the Installation Dinner and the Christmas Party. Our Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) organizes its own CLE programming and hosts socials such as Wine Down Wednesday and the Annual Crawfish Boil. Please join us in our endeavors.
