The JBA's 23rd Annual CLE By The Sea will once again be held at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. One change to be noted will be that our Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, April 7th, before the CLE program begins.
The CLE begins on Thursday, April 16. The seminar provides 12.5 hours of CLE, including ethics and professionalism. The list of speakers and topics is below.
Registrants will receive course materials, a golf shirt, break refreshments and more. Registrants and their registered spouses and guests also may attend Thursday evening's President's Reception and Friday evening's Crawfish Boil. The crawfish boil will once again be at the Nativity Center located at 870 Nativity Drive, Biloxi. This location is approximately 1/2 mile from the Beau Rivage. Included with the food will be live entertainment including karaoke.
Golf will be on Wednesday, April 7th at the nearby Fallen Oaks Golf Course at 1:00pm. (See Golf Information below)

Please click the registration form to print a registration form. Send the completed form and payment, if applicable, to the address indicated. There will be an early registration for the CLE on Wednesday, April 7 from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
HOTEL ROOMS: The JBA room rate is $129. Reservations must be made directly with the Beau Rivage by calling (888) 383-7037. To receive the JBA room rate, you must identify your affiliation with Jefferson Bar Association at the time of reservation. Room requests after that date will be honored on a space-and-rate availability basis. The first night's room and tax deposit must accompany the reservation (a major credit card number may be used to guarantee a room in lieu of a deposit). The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival. Anyone using the JBA rate without registering for the seminar is subject to being charged the full room rate or registration cancelled.
