CLE BY THE SEA - GOLF TOURNAMENT

Dear Member:

In conjunction with the 23rd annual "CLE by the Sea" the lBA will once again be hosting its ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT. This year the tournament will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 1:00 pm at FALLEN OAKS GOLF COURSE, 24400 Highway 15 North, Saucier, MS.

PLEASE NOTE: PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR COLLARED SHIRTS, PANTS APPROPRIATE FOR GOLF AND SOFT SPIKES.

You may enter as a four-man team or enter alone to be placed with a team. Plaques will be given for First, Second and Third Places and Low Gross. Prizes will be presented at the Crawfish Boil.

A BOX LUNCH and refreshments WILL BE PROVIDED on the course during play.

The entry fee is $125.00 for participants in the CLE and $175.00 for those participating in the Golf Tournament only.

Please use the registration form provided for the CLE registration to sign up for this tournament, and list the players on your team, or in your foursome. This WILL NOT act as that player's registration for the tournament. All players must register separately with the application provided herein, and payment for the tournament must be included with your application.

THE FIELD IS LIMITED TO 40 PLAYERS AND ENTRY IS ON A FIRST COME BASIS ... NO EXCEPTIONS. This tournament is open to CLE participants (including speakers & exhibitors), the judiciary and spouses or guests attending the CLE, and all JBA members.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 5, 2010 AS FALLEN OAKS REQUIRES A GUARANTEE ON THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS BY THAT DATE. If you intend to play with a specific foursome, you should make sure that all have entered their individual registration for the Golf Tournament.
